Anxious to guarantee you a holiday in Anduze in complete serenity, we apply the FLOWER SAFE+ charter with in particular:

• strict application of government measures,
• the provision of gel or soap at the entrance to common areas,
• disinfecting products made available to customers in the sanitary facilities,
• an intensification of cleaning and disinfection in our rentals and common areas,
• all our activities take place outdoors.

The aquatic area is disinfected regularly, the pool is chlorinated, daily controls take place.

All equipment rented ex: fridge, baby kit … and disinfected by our teams.

Disposable undersheets are provided on the beds in the rentals.

With the cancellation insurance: Serenity Guarantee.

I am covered and reimbursed (according to the general conditions of the cancellation guarantee) and even in case of Covid-19 illness. New flexible and reassuring cancellation conditions.

Don’t be afraid to book anymore… and in addition this year, filing fees: 0€ and reduced deposit of 15% instead of 30%!

In the event of government restrictions such as travel bans or closures, the establishment undertakes to reimburse the client without cancellation insurance.
